Prior to 60 days of trip date a refund will be given with a $200.00 per person cancellation fee. Within the 60 days of trip date no refund will be given. Online booking service (FareHarbor) does not refund your online booking fee if you decide to cancel your trip. You can change your reservation date if there is available space on the date you are requesting. Transferring for multi day trips, the deadline is 60 days prior to your trip’s departure date and the transfer fee is $100.00 per person, transfers must occur during the same calendar year.
Cancellation of our raft trips is unlikely; in the case we cancel a trip a full refund will be given. Trips may be cancelled due to lack of reservations for a particular date, river, or weather conditions. “Trip costs exclude taxes, guide gratuity, sleeping kit rental, NPS entrance fee for each person 16 years and older and online booking fee.”
We highly recommend travel and evacuation insurance you can use any travel insurance you would like. Here is a suggested travel insurance option travelinsure.com. You will need to purchase a National Parks Pass for the dates of your rafting trip. If you have an annual National Parks pass it will get up to four adults in to Dinosaur National Monument. You can visit Rec.gov to purchase a Dinosaur National Monument Parks Pass.

Day trips require payment in full at the time of reservation.
If you need to cancel a refund will be given with a $25.00 cancellation fee per person. Within 72 hours of day trip, no refund will be given. You can change your reservation date if there is available space on the date you are requesting. For 1-day trips, if you transfer from one trip to another, the deadline is 7 days prior to your trips departure date and the fee is $10 per person. The transfer will need to be in the same calendar year.
Groups of 18 or more can make a $25.00 deposit per person, with final payment due 7 days out from day trip departure date.
Trip pricing is all inclusive excluding taxes, guide gratuity and the booking fee.
